1. Call to order, minutes from previous meetings of April 18 not yet prepared,
2. Review draft letter for community groups in support of Downtown 2020, the proposed list of groups to be sought, and status of speaking with these groups,
3. Review Power Point presentation-path from 2007 POCD to D2020 formation,
4. Review the list (10 Item draft list) of items that will not be achieved if Master Planning process does not occur,
5. Discuss the RFP review process leading to the meeting with the P&Z of 5/9,
6. Plan for the meeting with the joint LRP and P&Z subcommittees of the RTM.
