LEGAL NOTICE & AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen will hold a special public hearing on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at 1 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a contract between the Town of Westport and ConservArt LLC for an assessment and treatment plan for the proposed restoration of the Minute Man Monument Site, as recommended by the Westport Historic District Commission.

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the use of town-owned property known as Jesup Green by The Friends of Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts for the 2013 summer season from June 1 through Sept. 30, 2013, contingent upon compliance with comments from various town departments including the Westport/Weston Health District.
