Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at 4:30 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
12. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a lease agreement between the Town of Westport and the Westport Astronomical Society, Inc. for town-owned property known as 182 Bayberry Lane for a term of three years commencing as of the date of execution, as recommended by the Town Attorney’s Office.
13. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a sublease agreement between the Town of Westport and Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC for property located at the eastbound Saugatuck Railroad Station, including office space and parking spaces for a term of five years commencing on May 1, 2013, as recommended by the Town Attorney’s Office.
