LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 21, 2013, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- POSITIVE REPORT: Joann Circle, Acorn Lane and Clover Lane,8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding sanitary sewer to service Joann Circle, Acorn Lane and Clover Lane, Assessor’s Maps E12 and E13, Res AA zone.
- APPROVED: 325 Riverside Avenue, Appl. #13-005 by DIV Riverside Loan LLC for property owned by DIV Riverside Loan LLC located in a GBD zone, PID #C07005000, for a CAM Site Plan approval for Change of Use from Office to Medical, and applying the Medical parking standard pursuant to §34-5 of the Zoning Regulations.
- APPROVED: 139 Harbor Road, Appl. #13-004 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Joseph and Tracey Troy for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #C02003000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
