Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:

1. Approval of March 6, 2012 meeting minutes.
2. Treasurer’s Report
3. Police Report
4. Recreational Shellfish Report
5. New Business
   1. Compo Marina Boat Basin – Review and discussion of a proposed slope stabilization and marina improvement project by the Town of Westport.
6. Old Business
   1. Review and approval of amendments to regulations to incorporate reference to appropriate State Statutes.
7. Other Business:
