Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of March 18, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 153 Easton Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9400-13 by Marc Murphy on behalf of Rachel Cohn for a generator.
- 2 Guyer Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9401-13 by Walter Jchick on behalf of Marylyn Smith for a generator.
- 9 Twin Falls Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9402-13 by Signature Pools, Inc on behalf of Daniel & Stephanie Devine to legalize a swimming pool, spa, patio and mechanicals.
- 16 Spriteview Avenue: Application #WPL/E-9403-13 by RB Benson & Co. LLC to replace existing bulkhead (same size & location) and repair to dock hinge.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
