LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westport Public Works Pension Board will hold a meeting on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. in Town Hall, Room 309 for the following purposes: 

1.         To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the January 29, 2013 meeting of the Town of Westport Public Works Pension Board. 

2.         To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Public Works Item (final three pages) of the February 4, 2013 Combined Pension Boards/Commissions meeting. 

3.         To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the disability             retirement request of Joseph Aubin, Public Works employee, to retire with a disability benefit retroactive to September 1,  2012, and with a normal retirement benefit on February 1, 2030, at age 65.

NOTE:  All medical reports are submitted to the Pension Board members on a “need to know” basis in order that they make a determination regarding employee’s disability benefit.  The confidentiality of such documents must be maintained and they must not be shared or discussed with other than fellow Pension Board Members.
