Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 11, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

2. 3 Squire Lane: Application # AA,WPL/E-8809-11 by Shoreline Pools on behalf of Gamaliel Blanco to construct an inground pool , mechanicals, and fence.
3. 6 Westway Road:: Application # AA,WPL/E-8810-11 by Rick Pinto Swimming Pools Inc. on behalf of James Comey to add a spa to an existing pool.
4. 12 Treadwell Avenue: Application # AA,WPL/E-8811-11 by Clemens Stefani for an addition to residence, interior renovations and connect to sewer.
5. 8 James Lane: Application # AA,WPL/E-8812-11 by Frangione Engineering, LLC on behalf of Carl Nisser for a septic repair and generator.
6. 11 Stony Brook Road: Application # AA,WPL/E-8814-11 by Kathryn & Robert Hill for an addition to the residence and a new terrace.
