LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION   

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 7, 2013, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. APPROVED: 15 Turkey Hill Road South, Appl. #11-056, Discussion and potential approval of Stipulation for Judgment in case entitled Meredith Pleiter, ET AL v. Town of Westport Planning and Zoning Commission. ET AL, Docket No. FST-CV-12-601353S for a re-subdivision to create two new building lots in a Res A zone, PID #G09135000.

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
