LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 6, 2013 the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:

1. 157 Riverside Avenue/Application WPL #9344-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of John Hilts for the legalization of a pier, ramp, and floating dock installed within the WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.
2. 7 Brookside Park/Application IWW/WPL #9362-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Kate Grange for the legalization of a deck within the WPLO setback of Lee’s Canal (Saugatuck River).
3. 8 Imperial Landing/Application WPL #9365-13; CONTINUED Application of Mel Barr for the installation of a dock with associated appurtenances.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
4. 14 Stony Point Road/Application WPL #9366-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS  Application of Peter Romano for the demolition of an existing single family residence and the construction of a new single family residence and associated site improvements.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of Burritt’s Creek (Saugatuck River).

Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
