LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 21, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

1. Joann Circle, Acorn Lane and Clover Lane:  8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding sanitary sewer to service Joann Circle, Acorn Lane and Clover Lane, Assessor’s Maps E12 and E13, Res AA zone.
2. 139 Harbor Road:  Appl. #13-004 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Joseph and Tracey Troy for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #C02003000.
3. 32 Bermuda Road:  Appl. #13-006 by Michael and Ellen Fifer for property owned by Michael and Ellen Fifer for a Special Permit for Excavation and Fill for construction of a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #B02018000.
4. 32 Bermuda Road:  Appl. #13-007 by Michael and Ellen Fifer for property owned by Michael and Ellen Fifer for a CAM Site Plan for construction of a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #B02108000.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
