LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 7, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

  1. 15 Turkey Hill Road South, Appl. #11-056, Discussion and potential approval of Stipulation for Judgment in case entitled Meredith Pleiter, ET AL v. Town of Westport Planning and Zoning Commission. ET AL, Docket No. FST-CV-12-601353S for a re-subdivision to create two new building lots in a Res A zone, PID #G09135000.
  2. Amendment #657:  Appl. #13-003 by 333 PRW, LLC c/o Linda Mandel for property owned by 333 Post Road Assoc. LLC located at 333 Post Road West in a Residence A/General Business District (GBD) zone, PID #B07033000, for a map amendment to the Official Building Zone Map to rezone the Residence A portion (13,623 SF) to GBD.
  3. 325 Riverside Avenue:  Appl. #13-005 by DIV Riverside Loan LLC for property owned by DIV Riverside Loan LLC located in a GBD zone, PID #C07005000, for a CAM Site Plan approval for Change of Use from Office to Medical, and request for an “Other” parking standard to be applied to a portion of the floor area, pursuant to §34-5 of the Zoning Regulations.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
