LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION   

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 7, 2013, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. GRANTED:  70/88 North Avenue, Appl. #13-001 by Stuart McCarthy for the Town of Westport for property owned by the Town of Westport for a Special Permit & Site Plan approval for construction of softball dugouts and scoreboard in a Res AAA zone, PID #F12077000.  
2. APPROVED:  29 Surf Road, Appl. #13-002 by Barr Associates and Peter Cadoux for property owned by Deborah Reif for a CAM Site Plan for a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #B02002000. 

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
