LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

 

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall,                 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

 

  1. 6 Franklin Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7115 by Michelle Ryan for property owned by Ralph Herbert and Michelle Ryan for a variance to Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 6-2.1 (Non Conforming Building) for an addition over coverage and in setbacks and legalization of A/C unit, propane tank, patio and fire pit in setbacks in a Res A zone, PID #C07164000.

 

  1. 107 Harbor Road:  ZBA Appl. #7121 by Liz Milwe and Peter Wormser for property owned by Liz Milwe and Peter Wormser for a variance to Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), for pool in setbacks and over coverage, patio in setbacks and legalization of A/C unit in setbacks in a Res A zone, PID #B02141000.


  1. 244 Hillspoint Road:  ZBA Appl. #7126 by Louis Fusco, RLA for property owned by Craig Steinke for a variance to Sec 6-3.1 (Non-Conforming Setbacks), Sec 14-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-2.1.6 (All new construction shall be in accordance with these regulations), Sec 14 -6 (Coverage), Sec 32-8.3.2 (For grading within five (5) feet of the property line), for spa, equipment, A/C units and patio in setbacks and over coverage in a Res B zone, PID #E04020000

 

  1. 1 Wilton RoadZBA Appl. #7128 by Lucien Vita for property owned by The Needlework Shop LLC for a variance to Sec 24-4 (Setbacks), for an addition in the setbacks in a GBD zone, PID #C09109000.

 

At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
