LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 6, 2013 Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:

1. 5 River Lane 3 Lot Subdivision/Application AA WPL/E #9297-12; WITHDRAWN Conservation Department referral to the Flood and Erosion Control Board for recommendations to the Conservation Commission.
2. 17 Stony Point Road/Application WPL #9300-12; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Eckerson Design Associates, LLC for the installation of a small swimming pool and associated site improvements.  Work is within the WPLO setback and 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
3. 42 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9319-13;  APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of John T. Fifield for a garage addition, enlarged patio, new swimming pool and associated site improvements.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
4. 139 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9333-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS  Application of Barr Associates for the replacement of a fire and flood damaged house with a new house on the existing foundation and associated site improvements.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
5. 10 Island Way/Application WPL #9334-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS  Application of David Verespy for the raising of a house for FEMA compliance and associated improvements.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
6. 9 Island Way/Application WPL #9335-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Daniela Mahr for the raising of a house for FEMA compliance, an addition over the carport and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
7. 107 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9337-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS  Application of Liz Milwe & Peter Wormser for replacement of a storm damaged pool with a new pool.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
8. 6 Bluff Point/Application WPL #9338-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Peter Romano for the construction of a gazebo, an on-grade patio and associated improvements.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.

Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
