Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at 4:30 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
12. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and Diversified Technology Consultants, Inc. for construction inspection services required in conjunction with the rehabilitation of the North Avenue bridge over the Aspetuck River, as recommended by the Public Works Director.
13. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the First Supplemental Agreement between the State of Connecticut and the Town of Westport for the Construction, Inspection and Maintenance required in conjunction with the Rehabilitation of the North Avenue Bridge (Bridge No. 04968) over the Aspetuck River Utilizing Federal Funds from the Highway Bridge Program, and to authorize First Selectman Gordon F. Joseloff to sign such documentation on behalf of the Town of Westport.
