At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, the following action was taken:

 

  1. GRANTED:  223 Hillspoint Road, BA Appl. #7089 by Barr Associates, LLC and John Kevin Huelster for property owned by Peter T. and Katherine M. Cooper for a variance to Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 14-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 14-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-2.1.1 (No non-conforming building or structure shall be relocated on the lot), Sec 6-2.1.2 (No non conforming building coverage shall be transferred to another location on the lot), Sec 6-2.1.6 (All new construction shall be in accordance with these regulations), Sec 6-2.1.7 (Non Conforming Setbacks), to restore and rebuild and to meet FEMA requirements for non conforming cottage in setbacks and over coverage in a Res B zone, PID #E04103000.
