Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 7, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
1.70/88 North Avenue: Appl. #13-001 by Stuart McCarthy for the Town of Westport for property owned by the Town of Westport for a Special Permit & Site Plan approval for construction of softball dugouts and scoreboard in a Res AAA zone, PID #F12077000.
2.29 Surf Road: Appl. #13-002 by Barr Associates and Peter Cadoux for property owned by Deborah Reif for a CAM Site Plan for a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #B02002000.
