LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, the following action was taken:


1. DENIED:  6 Quarter Mile Road, ZBA Appl. #7101 by Eric Bernheim/Lawrence Weisman for property owned by Westport 1 Trust and Amended Revocable Trust for a variance to Sec 11-3 (Lot Area and Shape), Sec 6-3 ( Non Conforming Lot) for development of a one acre parcel and a two acre zone is a Res AAA zone, PID # B14085000.


2.
