Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of January 7, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1.56 Roseville Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9324-13 by Stauss Builders LLC on behalf of Keith and Sonia Attkiss to remove an old deck and build a new deck along the rear of the house and build new decks in the pool area.
