Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at 4 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
13. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Traffic Authority, to approve the continued closure of Ketchum Street from its intersection with Riverside Avenue to 7 Ketchum Street for a period of an additional 90 days beginning Jan. 14, 2013 to complete the balance of the road reconstruction in accordance with Planning & Zoning and Public Works permit approvals.
14. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and Atlantic Diving and Welding Company, LLC for the purchase and installation of docks and fingers for the maintenance of the Ned Dimes Marina, as recommended by the Parks & Recreation Director.
