Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 3, 2013, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- ADOPTED: Amendment #655, Appl. #12-052 by Lawrence Weisman, Esq. for property owned by DIV Riverside Loan, LLC, c/o The Davis Companies for a map amendment to the Westport Zoning Map to rezone property at 325 Riverside Avenue, PID #C07005000 to General Business District (GBD). Effective Date: February 1, 2013
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
