Notice is hereby given that the Deer Management Committee will hold a public meeting on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. in Westport Town Hall Room 102 for the following purpose(s):

Agenda:
1. Review and acceptance of minutes from 12/3/12 meeting.
2. Report on status of Infrared Deer Count.
3. Discussion of final report including determination of remaining tasks and areas of research for the committee prior to compilation of final report.
4. Report from Michele on Alan Rutberg attendance of committee meeting and Alan report on meeting with police and town lawyer regarding PZP program.
5. Schedule next meeting.
