1.8 Gilbert Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9305-12 by Kimberly Crossman on behalf of Wafaa & Yahya Naggar for a 14’ X 14’ addition and a 14’ X 7’ deck. A rain garden is to be constructed westerly of the proposed addition for water quality of storm water runoff.
2.10 Island Way: Application #WPL/E-9312-12 by Olga Adler to raise the existing house to elevation 14 with crawl space, interior renovations and associated site improvements. The house will be within the same footprint with the exception of added steps.
