NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION-AMENDED

The Board of Finance anticipates voting to go into Executive Session on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. in Room 309 of Town Hall to discuss schools security matters and litigation matters. No action will be taken.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Finance will hold its Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of Town Hall. The following item(s), and any others properly presented before the Board, will be considered:

AGENDA

DISCUSSION/REVIEW
1. Financial Report from the Finance Director.
2. Status Update from the Internal Auditor.
3. Longshore Golf Course Update including the following:
a) Update on Condition
b) Impact of Condition and Remediation on Course Revenue and Expenses
c) Highlights of Going Forward Plan, and potential impact on revenue and expenses
4. Preliminary budget discussions with First Selectman.
5. Discussion of schools security audit.

TRANSFERS IN THE 2012-2013 BUDGET
6. A request by the Acting Personnel Director for a transfer of $19,750 from the Personnel-Salaries Account #10101153-511000 to the Personnel-Extra Help Account #10101153-513001 to cover the consulting services of Randi Frank Consultants.

APPROPRIATIONS IN THE 2012-2013 BUDGET
7. A request by the Director of Public Works for an appropriation of $409,000 to the Capital & Nonrecurring Expenditure Fund (C&NEF) Account #31503310-500253-23004 for the rehabilitation of the North Avenue Bridge over the Aspetuck River.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
8. Approve the Board of Finance Minutes of the December 5, 2012 regular meeting.
