LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
DECEMBER 12, 2012
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its December 12, 2012 public hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
1.48 Owenoke Park: Application #WPL-9219-12 by Wilson L & David B McKane to install an 8’ by 8’ float, a 25’ by 3’ ramp with a 4’ by 10’ fixed pier. Work is within the 25 year floodplain and the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
Application, plans, and decision may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
