Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on December 6, 2012, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1.GRANTED: 245 Post Road East, Appl. #12-051 by Saugatuck Congregational Church, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by Saugatuck Congregational Church for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval to repair and renovate church in a Res A zone, PID #D09138000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
