Notice is hereby given that the Westport Tree Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at 3 p.m. in Room 201 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):
Agenda:
a. Mutual introductions.
b. Discuss short and long term goals to revitalize Tree Board.
c. Elicit candidates to expand Tree Board membership.
d. Determine who can serve as Recording Secretary/Clerk, Treasurer and other necessary capacities.
e. Identify specific Task Committees.
f. Determine frequency of future meetings.
