Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 6, 2011 Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
- 15 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #8791-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates for additions and renovations to an existing residence. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
- 47 Woodside Ave/Application IWW/WPL #8793-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of L. Edwards Associates, LLC for renovations and additions to an existing residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Nash’s Pond (Stony Brook).
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
