LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on November 8, 2012, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. GRANTED: 25 Kings Highway South, Appl. #12-041 by Birchwood Country Club, Inc for property owned by Birchwood Country Club Inc, for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for construction of toilet rooms on the golf course and additions to the main building, in a Res AA zone, PID #B07044000.
2. GRANTED: 12 Avery Place, Appl. #12-046 by William Achilles – Achilles Architects for property owned by B & B Associates LLC, for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a Change of Use from office to medical, construction of addition for new elevator and open entry stair and a reduction in parking, in a RBD zone, PID #C10138000.
The above items were granted/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
