Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 in Town Hall Room 201 for the following purposes:
To take such action as the meeting may determine to accept the draft study report for the proposed local historic landmark designation at 93 Cross Highway prepared by the HDC Study Report Committee to be sent to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the State Historic Preservation Office for comments and recommendations. A copy of the draft report is in the HDC office, Room 108.
To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the March 2, 2011 site visit, the March 3, 2011 work session and the March 8, 2011 public hearing.
To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit at 12 Dover Road.
To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit at 27 Darbrook Road.
To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit at 7 Blue Coat Lane.
To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit at 74 Bulkley Avenue North.
To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit at 28 Rayfield Road.
