Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at 4 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
11. To take such action as the meeting may determine, to authorize the Town of Westport to file an application with the State of Connecticut Department of Economic Development for a grant in the amount of $500,000 in order to undertake the Levitt Pavilion improvements, and to authorize the First Selectman, acting on behalf of the Town of Westport, to file such application and to execute any and all documents incidental hereto, including as assistance agreement.
