Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 15, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 25 Kings Highway South: Application #AA,WPL/E-9222-12 by Philip Cerrone on behalf of Birchwood Country Club for a new bathroom facility connected to town sewer.
2. 18 Hockanum Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9223-12 by MLR Properties LLC on behalf of Richard Blackburn for a new covered porch and stoop.
3. 300 Bayberry Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9226-12 by Amici Power Solutions LLP on behalf of Fred Salkind for a generator.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
