Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 8, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 25 Kings Highway South: Application #AA,WPL/E-9212-12 by David DiScala on behalf of Birchwood Country Club to renovate the existing dining room with new roof, facade replacement and a new cellar area in the former crawlspace.
2. 36 Little Fox Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9213-12 by Steven Keedle on behalf of Jon Orseck for a first floor addition to the garage and residence with interior renovations.
3. 3 Pleasant Valley Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9215-12 by Perry Pools & Spas on behalf of Aimee Rein for an inground swimming pool, decking, mechanicals and fence.
4. 245 Post Road East: Application #AA-9217-12 by John Fallon on behalf of Saugatuck Congregation Society for repairs to church, addition of upper level, new entry and associated site work.
5. 38 Woodside Avenue: Application #AA,WPL/E-9221-12 by Steven Keedle on behalf of Alex Hyyman for renovations and addition to residence, an addition to the garage, the residence and existing cottage are connecting to the town sewer.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
