Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 1, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 3 Webb Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9210-12 by SIR 3 Webb, LLC for a new single family residence with relocated driveway and associated drainage.
2. 18 Hockanum Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9211-12 by Megan Robertson on behalf of Richard Blackburn for a generator.
