Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board Joint Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 in Town Hall, Room 201 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purpose:
1. To review and make a recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding Historic Residential Structures Special Permit §32-18 at 39 Coleytown Road.
2. To review and make a recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Commission for the proposed renovations to the Bedford Square Project at 59 Post Road East located in the Business Center District/Historic (BCD/H).
