Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of September 10, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 25 Ford Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9196-12 by 25 Ford Road LLC to repaint an existing footbridge.
2. 1 Elliott Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9197-12 by Dorothy & David Fitton to construct a pool house.
3. 5 Meadow Brook Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9198-12 by Bluewater Meadow Brook LLC for a covered porch addition.
4. 9 High Point Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9201-12 by Mattera Construction 9 High Point Road LLC to demolish and construct a new single family residence and septic system.
5. 25 Ford Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9202-12 by 25 Ford Road LLC to repair an existing dam.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
