Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of September 3, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 1655 Post Road East, Lot 151: Application #AA-9186-12 by Westport Housing Authority on behalf of Sixteen Fifty Five Post I LP to construct a community building on Lot 151 and associated drainage.
2. 114 Imperial Avenue: Application #WPL/E-9191-12 by David Raymond on behalf of Craig Weile to construct a mudroom.
3. 48 North Avenue: Application #AA,WPL/E-9192-12 by Lorenzo Wyatt to enclose the existing porch.
4. 2 Hockanum Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9193-12 by Todd Geisman for a generator.
5. 154 Post Road East: Application #WPL/E-9194-12 by Mark Goodman on behalf of Ansley Westport Partners for a stone terrace and retaining wall repair.
