Notice is hereby given that the Deer Management Committee Subcommittee A ( Tick Borne Disease Numbers and Tracking ) will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, Sept 5, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):

A. Approval of minutes from last meeting on 8/1/12

B. Discuss progress with tasks set last meeting -clarification of presumed vs confirmed Lyme cases, reporting of Lyme rash and thoughts by Monica Wheeler on the incidence of Lyme Disease in seniors, Greenwich Lyme numbers.

C. Assign new tasks for next meeting

D. Set date of next meeting
