Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at 4 p.m. in Room 309/307 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
10. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve a supplemental sanitary sewer connection at property located at 1655 Post Road East, a/k/a Sasco Creek Village, subject to final approval of the Department of Public Works and contingent upon compliance with conditions of the WPCA Coordinator.
