LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 26, 2012, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. APPROVED: 250 Hillspoint Road, Appl. #12-030 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by 250 Hillspoint Road, LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling in a Res AA zone, PID #E04017000.
2. APPROVED: 0 Stoneboat Road/0 Quarter Mile Road, Appl. #12-032 by Lawrence Weisman/Eric Bernheim for property owned by Westport Realties, Inc. for a re-subdivision approval to create one new building lot in a Res AAA zone, PID #B14083000.
3. GRANTED: 1177 Post Road East, Appl. #12-034 by Roseville Estates for property owned by Roseville Estates, Inc. for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a change of use from office to Healthcare Professional with waiver of parking requested in a GBD zone, PID #G09029000.
4. APPROVED: 295 Post Road East, Appl.#12-035 by Barr Associates for property owned by Westport Post Road, LLC for a Site Plan approval for a parking lot modification as required per P&Z Resolution #12-025, in a RBD zone, PID #D09140000.
5. GRANTED: 10 Stony Brook Road, Appl. #12-037 by Coastal Construction Group for property owned by Donald Lowman for Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, in a Res AA zone, PID #B10033000
The above item was adopted with modifications, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
