LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 19, 2012, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. POSITIVE REPORT: 260 Compo Road South/14 Manitou Road, 8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding an equal area property exchange at Longshore Club Park, PID #C04001000, Res A/AA zone and 14 Manitou Road, PID #C04010000, Res AAA zone.
2. APPROVED: 1850 Post Road East, Appl. #12-029 by Peter Romano, Land-Tech Consultants for property owned by West Just LLC for a Site Plan approval for a change of use from retail (nail spa) to restaurant, joint parking and request for future reserved parking in a GBD zone, PID #I09004000.
3. GRANTED: 79 Newtown Turnpike, Appl. #12-010 by Lawrence P. Weisman for property owned by Three Bears Associates, Stephen J. Vazzano et als Trust for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for interior renovations and parking lot modifications and change of use, for a place of worship in a Res AA zone, PID #A14006000.
The above item was adopted with modifications, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
