LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, the following action was taken:

1. 2. GRANTED:  0 Stoneboat Road & 0 Quarter Mile Road, ZBA Appl. #7075 by Eric Bernheim and Lawrence Weisman for property owned by Westport Realties, Inc. for a variance to Sec 6-3 (Non Conforming Lot), Sec 11-3 (Lot Area and Lot Shape), for a lot with less than the required gross lot area in a Res AAA zone, PID #B14083000.
