Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at 4 p.m. in Rooms 309/307 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
24. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve and accept a Certified Local Government Historic Preservation Enhancement Grant from the State Historic Preservation Office in the amount of $9,500 as relates to the establishment of a village district in the Town of Westport, and to authorize First Selectman Gordon F. Joseloff to sign such documentation on behalf of the Town of Westport.
25. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an application by Town of Westport to the Connecticut Office of Policy & Management for a grant from The Main Street Investment Fund for enhancement of the downtown area, and to approve a resolution to empower First Selectman Gordon F. Joseloff to execute and deliver on behalf of the Town of Westport such documentation.
