LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Municipal Employees Pension Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 8:30 A.M. in Town Hall, Room 102 for the following purpose:

 1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Disability Retirement request of Daniel Pinto, Town Employee to retire effective retroactive to March 1, 2012 with a Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity pension benefit.
