WESTPORT SHELLFISH COMMISSION
JULY 10, 2012
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 in Room 307 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:
- Approval of June 6, 2012 meeting minutes.
- Treasurer’s Report
- Police Report
- Recreational Shellfish Report
- New Business
- 101 Harbor Road: Request by Docko Inc. on behalf of Alan Spirer to determine potential shellfish impacts the modification of an existing deck to include the construction of a 24 (+/-) LF of 5-foot wide fixed wood pike and timber pier with utilities, install a new 8-foot by 20 foot wood float with associated ramp and restraint piles, including 5 tie-off pilings waterward of the high tide line.

- Discussion of further overtime for police patrol of the recreational shellfish beds for the summer
