Notice is hereby given that the Westport Administrative Review Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
- 51 Main Street: (aka 35 Main Street) Appl. #12-028 by Andreas Stresemann, Granoff Architects for property owned by Winwest 3351 Main, LLP for a Site Plan approval for renovation of store front in a BCD zone, PID #C09137000.
- 11 Great Marsh Road: Appl. #12-031 by David Korus for property owned by Matthew Kamens, Trustee, for a Site Plan approval for excavation and fill in a Res AA zone, PID #B03009000.
