Notice is hereby given that the Westport Administrative Review Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

1. 51 Main Street:  (aka 35 Main Street)  Appl. #12-028 by Andreas Stresemann, Granoff Architects for property owned by Winwest 3351 Main, LLP for a Site Plan approval for renovation of store front in a BCD zone, PID #C09137000.
2. 11 Great Marsh Road:  Appl. #12-031 by David Korus for property owned by Matthew Kamens, Trustee, for a Site Plan approval for excavation and fill in a Res AA zone, PID #B03009000.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
