LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 22, 2012, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. APPROVED: 9 Hillandale Road, Appl. #12-024 by Michael Calise for property owned by Frank Calise for a Site Plan approval for a pre existing 1959 apartment in a Res A zone, PID #B08062000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
