Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 30, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 10 Stony Brook Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9106-12 by Frank DeLuca on behalf of Donald Lowman to legalize stonewall construction and plantings.
2. 4 Plumtree Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9107-12 by Ira & Catharine Galin for the demolition of an existing garage with the reconstruction of a garage with room above and interior renovations.
3. 392 Greens Farms Road: Application #WPL/E-9108-12 by William Towle on behalf of Stacie Curran for a new entry, house additions, deck additions, and interior renovations.
