Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a special public hearing on Friday, May 4, 2012, at 10 a.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium for the following purpose(s):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the use of town-owned property known as Parker Harding Parking Plaza adjacent to and by Acqua Restaurant for a pop-up café contingent upon compliance with the Town of Westport Pop-up Seating and Pop-up Café Guidelines as amended March 14, 2012.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the use of town-owned property known as Bay Street adjacent to and by LaVilla Trattoria for a pop-up café contingent upon compliance with the Town of Westport Pop-up Seating and Pop-up Café Guidelines as amended March 14, 2012.
